Homeless Shelter

Homeless shelters will be designed based on a prison model, to make them more resilient against sabotage and arson. The doors will not lock. The shelter will be kept warm in winter and cool in summer. There will be drinkable water, and baths and showers and toilets. there will be surveillance cameras and security guards. There will be a "safe injection" area for drug addicts, with emergency first aid materials handy. There will not be refrigerators for storing food; the shelter is not a guarantee of personal safety against criminals. It shall be emphasized that it is a "homeless shelter" and NOT a "home".
